VIRTUAL WAIVER: Practice at your own risk! As much as I try to cue body alignment for safe practice, please listen to your body before you listen to me. Discomfort is ok. Sore muscles the next day are ok. Pain during practice means take a step back, take it easy, take a child's pose, or even an early savasana. Don’t push it.
A simple flow with lots of holding space for pratyahara.
Taking a break on the shoulders to focus on the legs and strengthen the back.
Open the heart with strength and awareness in another playful practice.
Balance challenge fun with vrksasana (tree) shapes.
Continually find your breath and open up as you strengthen into playful balance options.
Tune into your mid back breath and focus in figure 4 positions.
Breathing to control the low back with the belly and some subtle chair pose variations.

06.19.20: Whether heading back to work, into a new decade, phase of life, racial awareness, or simply the summer season, it’s time to pay full attention to transitions. Break down vinyasas with one and a half breaths per transition and focus on what your body does with each breath.
06.05.20: Stand firm and stay active with moments of calm as you channel your inner warrior.
